"Nancy created the first yoga program for the Parkinson's Family Support Group at Bellevue Hospital. It was a wonderful collaborative project with the new health education program.

"Nancy did an amazing job teaching techniques to alleviate physical and psychological stress associated with Parkinson's disease. Many have continued doing relaxation breathing at home. It was an incredible experience from the start."

"Nancy's strength is assessing the needs of the group, many of whom are older and chair-bound.

"She created a tranquil space in a room of a busy hospital."
Angela Stangarone, MPH

I use Nancy's CD, Deep Relaxation, every evening and do deep breathing. It's wonderful, and helps with sleep.
